Clubman Pinaud Beard Oil 1 oz

My husband has been using this product for a couple of months now. He alternates this with a Dr. Squatch oil and we usually love them both. However, this last bottle, has an almost rubber (condom) like scent upon dry down. It's a very faint odor and it's undetectable unless I'm close enough to kiss him, but it's weird enough for me to ask him to stop alternating products until we figure this out. I didn't notice this odor until he used the new bottle yesterday. He usually uses a Dr. Squatch beard wash in the shower but didn't yesterday bc he was out. We're both bummed bc we love how well the product works to keep his beard shiny %26 fluffy yet manageable %26 smooth. We're going to research the moisturizing properties to see if that's the culprit. Like I said, this product works great and if we can use a little less or maybe mix the two oils together so the other scent will gently over power the faint rubber odor, we'll keep using this product!!! Men, give it a try for yourself %26 form your own opinion pls! It really is worth the effort of figuring this out. We've also noticed more growth %26 less shedding %26 breakage while using beard oils consistently. If this oil came with a pump, I'd recommend it even more!
