very easy to set up! didn't say anything about "if you use chemicals.... will make warranty invalid! can't change water every couple of days so ordered pool and spa chemicals and will take my chances! love my spa!!

Great hot tub but it doesn't get real hot and the temperature drops. Wish it had led lights but for the price it's a good deal and I would recommend it.

I think it's great... the only thing is it takes 20hours to get heated up🔥 but once it's hot,it's all good. We going to build a special "she shed" for it😇🤣

Easy set up. I would suggest 2 people but 1 can do it. Just waiting for heater to warm water. its slowly but steadily going up. Bubbles are great.

I've had this hot tub for weeks now and I can't get it to inflate. I plug it in to a GFI lights go on and the console flashes hi-temp. I press the bubbles button as the instructions indicate but no motor runs or air inflates the tub. The instructions are unclear as it says to put the large end of the hose into the hole under the panel and the small end into the hole under the console. There are multiple holes and the picture in the instructions is a picture of a blackhose against a black hot tub (no useable detail in the photo). I've googled and can't find any video of the model I bought to see how others put it together. I threw the box away cause I knew I wouldn't be able to put it back in or lift it and it says in order to return it you need the original box! So basically I have a limp pile of very expensive vinyl sitting uselessly on my patio. Don't waste your time or money.

Im so sad... I have used it like 4 times and it wont heat up anymore. 😭 please tell me the heating element is replaceable!?!
