This is my 2nd hot tub order. Needed a square shaped one this time. Love it! The only thing I don't like about this order is that I cannot seem to find anyone to help me to get a protection plan on it. it says online to go to the store to get it done within thirty days.And then when you go to the store, they tell you, you have to do it online. Now my thirty days is running out. but that's the only thing I can say, that's a negative.

Luv the spa. only issue I have is the air lwaks down...Not sure where the issue is......

I would say this should have stuck with a trusted brand like Coleman. This was the first time I went with this company. Overall it's not a bad portable hot tub. Definitely not big enough for four people. Should say two-person hot tub also takes a while for it to heat up and doesn't maintain it very well

Heating is extremely slow, the bubbles cut off every 10 minutes.

I purchased this when I finally got around to open it found out. There was a tiny hole in. It will not hold air need to return it.never be used or had water in it

I've only had this hot tub for 4 months and barley used, and it wouldn't maintain temperature, it has 4 holes in a long the seam, and now I cannot use it. I would like a refund or send me one that works!

ive been in 3 times and now it wont heat i changed filter and water still wont heat filter light stays on wont reset.

I've had 2 of them now and they live in a heated area that use to be garage and they barely last 8 months . Heaters and pumps going out they throw codes all the time .
