For the very reasonable price I paid, this hot tub gives me everything I need from cushioned seats for comfort to powerful massaging jets for sore muscles. I use it almost daily and feel it provides excellent value for money compared to more expensive tubs.

I love the high-end features this affordable hot tub manages to deliver - adjustable heating, strong water jets, digital controls with timer and temperature settings, even a cover and lock for safety. It really has everything I need for blissful soaks year-round.

I've noticed only a negligible increase in electricity costs since we started using the hot tub daily. It seems to retain heat very efficiently overnight with minimal reheating needed. Impressive energy savings indeed!

As first time hot tub owners, my husband and I were unsure what to expect. But this tub has exceeded all our expectations! It was easy to set up, maintains heat consistently, and is spacious enough for both of us to relax after long work weeks.

All my life's stresses instantly fade away as soon as I ease into the enveloping warmth of this hot tub. With powerful jets to massage my pains away and ergonomic seats cradling me in comfort, relaxation requires no effort at all!

Used the pool 2-3 times, and then the heater quit working. We had purchased for our son's family and didn't realize they were unable to use it until a couple weeks ago. I notified Walmart but got no response. i realize that it is past the 90 days

The hot tub itself was decent quality. The pump was very underwhelming and not strong enough to keep the spa running efficiently and keep it clean. It is side mounted and from past experience I would definitely recommend a spa with a stand alone pump. We quickly returned it after we realized the quality of the pump.

Stopped heating up after 2 weeks of use. Noticed the heating pump was really weak barely heated it up even when adding hot water and having the cover on. Don't know if all of the heating systems are the same but ours failed sooner than expected. The insulation worked ok but had to constantly run the heater to keep it at least in the 80-100 range couldn't turn the heater off or it will drop below 70
