Coach Women's Court Backpack (Pebble Leather - Colorblock - Green - Light Teal Multi)

I couldn't find it at the Coach store.I was extremely excited I was able to purchase online from Walmart. It is very comfortable and authentic!

I was skeptic until I received my order, but it is a true coach bag in a discontinued color.

I received this coach backpack however I messaged not only the seller but also walmart.com numerous occasions and never received a response back about the item. it was a simple question. I still ended up purchasing the backpack and it did come fairly quickly in the mail. I just wish I would have gotten a reply. very poor customer service

BUYER BEWARE! I had just about the WORST experience buying from this seller. Absolutely zero communication. My package is about 1 week late and still not here. When I reached out to Walmart, they sent a message to seller, no response. I personally messaged seller and CALLED the number they have on their storefront - Voadera. No response. Pay attention to their most recent reviews!! A lot of them are 1 star. I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Do not purchase any items from this seller, ESPECIALLY if they're expensive! I bought a designer backpack and regret it greatly. When I researched the shipping label, turns out seller used UPS SurePost which is the one of slowest level of shipping. If I had known that, I would have not ordered. Why would you promise delivery in 5 days when so far it has taken almost 2 weeks since I've placed the original order? THIS IS A SHADY SELLER. DO NOT PURCHASE.
