COAST Polysteel 650 Storm Proof Crush Proof Drop Proof 740 Lumen Twist Focus LED Flashlight 4 x AA Batteries Included

this flashlight is great. metal but has rubber covering. Coast a has always produced quality products. multiple light settings, low, med abd high brightness. well worth the money.

We have bought Coast flashlights before. Love the bright light ! Added bonus when on sale . Would highly recommend !

4x AA batteries included, mine worked fine. I like that it used AA, not AAA or C or D. Very bright, don't look straight into the beam! Focus is adequate for a $12 flashlight. Good weight in my hand, nice grip. Had no trouble rotating the end to focus or defocus the beam. On-off push button on the end clicks firmly. Very pleased with my purchase. Did not try the waterproof claim but fit-and-finish of the case all looked very good. I would not be worried about carrying it into the rain.

I have had some pretty bad Coast flashlights a few years ago but this one is great. The plastic this is made from feels like the same type they use for polymer handguns. VERY rugged and lightweight. I will update this review if the thing does not last which was my issue with older Coast flashlights.

Just purchased this light today after reading the reviews, It works great, I liked the default settings that's goes to the high settings , I'm a truck Driver and highly recommend this light to other truck Drivers it gets the job done. Takes 4 AA batteries, I always use rechargeable batteries and keep a set of 4 regular batteries as back up. Plus there's a life time warranty from coast to coast.

Great flashlight!! Compact to fit in pockets but big powerful beam. Flashes morse code for SOS. Flashes and also zooms. I bought several for gifts.

Pros: Solid construction, bright light (but I didn't measure the lumens), uses AA batteries (included), 3 different light levels (default is high) Cons: no strap, main body could be a little slippery (wish they had a different pattern or some rubber grip), the focus from flood to spot light a bit tight to adjust (not a big issue and could be useful to keep the focus that you set), on / off button is at the butt of the flashlight Plan to keep it in my car in case of emergencies.

Very durable. It is just as bright as the smaller version of the Coast 4 AAA battery flashlight, which was a little disappointing. I was hoping for a brighter flashlight. But it makes sense that it would be the same with the same amount of batteries. The smaller one is the one I really wanted. In my opinion, better than the TAC LIGHT. No different unnecessary extra features like flashing lights or dimmer settings. I never use those.

I did not like my order boxing in 4-5 separate shipments! Their small shipments in large boxes. That is a waste of materials! There were no invoices in any packages

Iv'e bought 3 of these. great flashlight until it gets wet. then the case doesn't open properly anymore and the flashlight won't work properly anymore. not exactly “storm proof”.
