As a groomer using this product day in and day out, this brush is amazing quality. Highly recommend for any dog owner!

Don't like the new designs.
I agree that the tips on the Bristol are a nuisance. They grab the hair and the brush pulls at the hair. Please return to older designs. I am professional groomer and have exclusively used and loved Safari bushes in the past. I also don't like that the larger brushes are all curved. I would like a flat larger brushes.

firm slicker dog brush with coated tips
very disappointing! They used to have the firm slicker brush without the coated tips and that one worked great! This new one with the coated ends gets stuck in the hair and I cannot brush through my dogs. I have Havanese and need a firm slicker brush without the tips to get through the hair. This new one was a waste of money. I'm trying to find one without the tips.

soft slicker large dog brush
I have used the Safari soft slicker brush WITH0UT the little white balls on the tips for years for all my standard poodle grooming. The brushes worked great ! Now I am sad they have added the coated tips. The coated tips do NOT work nearly as well. The coated tips get caught in the dogs fur and are hard to pull through. I keep my dogs well brushed enough that this should not happen. My daughter has a poodle also and finds the same problem. Does Coastal or Safari still make the large soft slicker brush WITHOUT the coated tips? I sure hope so. I have
