Coaster Company 2-Piece Desk Set with File Cabinet, Cappuccino

I love this desk! It was easy to build, and fits perfectly in my small office. The surface area is nice and deep for plenty of elbow room. The separate filing is handy and just what I needed for our family's paperwork. The material is strong and I like the darker color.

Nice and sturdy desk after assembly which didn't take too long on my own. Bought it a year ago and still love it.

Easy to put together, good value

This desk is fairly solid and looks good. I did have a problem with assembly. The rails for the drawers that were attached to the Inside of the cabinet were crooked so the bottom drawer would close and was crooked. After unscrewing the rails and leveling/reattaching it worked fine. Took 2 hours to assemble including issue.

Product was fairly simple to put together by myself. You will need a Phillips screwdriver and hex 3/16 tip driver. The hex key that comes with it makes it a bit difficult to really tighten the bolts. Very happy with the end result.

I've had the desk and cabinet for 2 months now, it looks real good and serves the purpose of a fixed spot for computer work. However, the construction of the desk, in particular the leg stanchions, is quite poor. Although the desktop feels decently sturdy and is holding up well, the legs will swing out left or right whenever your foot strikes a leg footing getting into or out of your chair. No amount of tightening or fiddling with the hardware helps, and we have started a pool as to when one leg or the other fails.

I purchased this desk. It came quickly but came in damaged. The main part the desk top came in cracked on top and on the front side. This is a very light desk. The material in not really good but it does fit perfectly in my son room to use for his studies. I purchased this same desk from Wyckes furniture two months ago and it never arrived they refunded my money. I then ordered it from Walmart but its damaged. I decided just to keep it since I been waiting since end of Aug for a desk for my son as he is been using my kitchen table. (photo below)

this would have been a good review if they would've checked to ensure all things were done properly in manufacturing. I was missing a leveler for one of the feet and a plastic insert for cam lock that holds the top onto the mobile pedestal. there were a few chips in the laminate but only one was visible.
