A great brand name that can be depended upon. I completely ran out and was delighted to be able to find this value pack. Very reasonably priced and a good quantity.

Good price for the most used colors of black and white. Good quality , works good. My only complaint is it tangles when being unwound sometimes.

The package was open at the bottom so I was guessing everything was all there that I paid for even though it was sealed inside of a package. The thread is kind of cheap like but will do for what I need it for. Not sure I would recommend this kind of thread to others though, since the thread is thinner than what I'm used to buying. I bought it to use for some stamp cross stitching.

Damaged product received; the shopper clearly saw the giant marked down sticker on it, but decided to charge me full price anyways. Shady business practices. My only option is for me to go out of my way to travel to the store because of THEIR mistake? If You can charge my card remotely; you can refund the difference remotely. I don't need to go to a store in person.
