Exceptional customer service
Wow! I ordered the embroidery floss this morning and it was delivered to my door within a few hours the same day. The embroidery floss is many different colors that I can choose. Neatly packaged with 36 different colors of floss. It is the soft threads. Not the coarse or wiry type. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

Gorgeous Blues
I needed several shades of blue for a new embroidery project I just purchased. I decided to purchase this package of blue embroidery floss because of all the pretty blues. This was my first time trying out Coats %26 Clark floss and I am pleased with it. It was soft, smooth, and strong. I will be purchasing more floss from this brand.

This l did has a nice selecting of colors in each package. It is really helpful to be able to order just one color with many shades or a mixed color package. The floss feels nice but it's not as soft as the other brand I usually use. I'm sure it will be fine after being stitched.

Tangles easily when using and I even tried waxing each strand with bees wax first. The colors are lovely, quality not what I expected from Coats %26 Clark but Im 65 %26 remember Made in USA with pride.
