This is easy to assemble, but the QR code that comes with the product foes not work so with an android phone you must use the Smart Life app

Works well once you find the app, directions are not super clear.

The instructions are not clear, so I have never been able to program the feeder!

I gave this 2 stars only because it looks like it would be a great feeder that you can set up on your phone to use....except that the app is entirely in Chinese. There's no way to program it without the app, and I couldn't find any way to read any of it in English or have it display in English, therefore the feeder is useless to me. I submitted a request to the seller to see if there's another version, but if I don't hear back soon I will be returning.

Instructions were difficult to understand.

A purchased as a programmable pet food dispenser. However this unit cannot be programmed … instructions appear to be Japanese and the app icon that looks similar to one in instruction booklet is also in Japanese and dos not even show a photo of pet food dispenser I tried using chatGPt and online search for the app to program dispenser and nothing worked. I'm going to try to return both units I purchased.

This was the worst buy! I ordered 2 for each of my pets for a good buy, when I received it the directions were in Chinese I looked up and the directions were still in Chinese.

Very complicated! Too much trouble! Manual did not give information on how to set it up. You have to go online and it's mostly in Japanese!
