Great quality easy to set up bottom line it's a great investment
Excellent product and quality
Great tent, it was much easier to set up compared to non-pop-up tents and took much less time. So far it seems sturdy enough to withstand some wind but not too much, it must be tied down. The only complaint if I have one is that the tent itself is very heavy so you will need a few people to open and close it up. Otherwise, it worked great!
Thought bag had rollers. The bag needs rollers because it's so heavy.
Well we had 3 people total to open the framework up. we all pulled at the same time had to move to different corners while opening was going smooth and then it broke an arm, metal snapped in half and crimped. Used it for our 2 projects with the frame ductd taped up but we knew we were gonna have to throw it away as it was holding water on the side that broke. all in all just not happy w it wouldnt recommend it and will be looking for another unit. Sorry this is my experience w the product
bought this months ago went to use it for the first time and it was broke in two spots right out of the box not happy about it
I been emailing and trying to reach the seller regarding how to return the Cobizi canopy tent . It says on your website you response in 48hrs, i haven't received any email from you. Please let me know how to return the tent. That tent is not safe. Its almost a month no response from the seller. Such a bad customer service 🥲
received partial shipment, taking forever to receive replacement order. had to communicate through email. just an awful experience. Wal-mart threw their hands up, and didn't back this item they sold to me.
I am not rating the product with a one star rating just the business. I was sent the wrong tent and I have yet to get my order resolved or refunded.
Canopy was broken and there is no option for returning this.
