The product looks like it is a good quality. However, the bag is very heavy and it does not have rollers on the bag. I thought that the picture showed rollers on the bag where you could actually roll the product. Add number two. The covering did not come attached to the frame and one of the pictures. The covering the top piece is attached to the frame. A little disappointing.

we have had of the sides with windows rip in the seam where the plastic window meets the side..I would like to get replacement sides we haven't even had it up for 3 weeks. very disappointed. hoping we can replace the 4 sides with the ripped windows. we really love the canopy but very upset about the window seams

I ordered the brand COBIZI but received a brand HOTEEL which is not described on the specifications. I have been contacting customer service because I want a full refund and want to return the item as soon as possible to buy what I have been researching which is COBIZI BRAND before my grand baby's party, but no one has reached out out to me. It's frustrating because I can't just go to Walmart a return this item when I need to. My whole experience is frustrating.

purchased 187 days ago..only used twice. broke where screw hole . 180 day warranty. if you purchase.. recommend extended warranty on this non durable item

Do not buy!!! I purchased this tent, which was not what I received. I received a Hoteel tent, not Cobizi, as advertised. The tent broke in 2 places at the top. I have tried 3xs to contact for a replacement or refund, and no one has gotten back to me. Horrible customer service!! I will continue to contact seller for a resolution and edit my review if that happens.

Broke as soon as i pulled it out of box

The pieces were the screws were broke and is very thin. Not a durable product for the price.

should be able to have negative ratings!!! i think it sucks that a company would send out a product used and broken as new. i have written a complaint. heard nothing. I want my money back!!! i had to go out and buy 3 10x10 for the party i was having!! the picture show the damage and the worn bag. unreal.

i am missing all the sides to the tent, the frame is bent and the roof has holes. i contacted the seller who told me to just go buy some fabric locally and they would cover the cost. they told me i was sent old stock from their old company name. between walmart and the company that sells the tent, neither one have been at all helpful in resolving the issue. i bought this tent for my sons wedding and now i have no tent for this special day. i had high hopes they would at the least send me the missing items but instead was told to go buy fabric locally! it should have had 5 sides with windows and 3 sides with doors! i am sure the holes in the top are because it is old stock they are clearing out under their new name. highly highly disappointed!
