Difficult to put together and not good quality. Frame is difficult to maneuver, bars bending and screws popping out. Frame broke in first rainstorm the day after putting it up. If the price is too good too be true you should reconsider the quality of your piurchase. I am highly dissatisfied with this product.
purchased near the end of march 2025. it's july 11, and the fabric is already torn. the warrany is 90 days - so that ended 2 or so weeks ago. flimsy fabric. we had it up for less than a month. was in its bag for 2 months.
i recieved the item and it would not open i took a closer look and saw two of the four arms where zip tied when we cut them and the arms fell down this was supposed to be a new item that was fully functional not some shady second hand return...i just want my money back and for them item and shipping..This was our guest to sit under at our sons graduation Im so disappointed
We set up the gazebo in our backyard to check it out before taking it on a trip. One of the zippers on the netting is broken and sent the company a picture. We requested a replacement for the netting and they asked us to get it fixed and they would reimburse us. When I said no it’s defective they asked us to find someone to realign the zipper and we said we knew how to realign a zipper. They then asked us to send a video. We’re getting the run around. Poor customer service. They sent a defective product and we shouldn’t have to deal with getting it fixed. We would have been fine with a replacement but now I don’t want anything to do with this company and requested a return and money refunded. I haven’t heard back yet. Think twice about ordering from this company.

Ordered this on clearance at $94.99 and the order was immediately cancelled by walmart for "suspicious account activity". I was told I could re-order it and now it's $35 more expensive. Not cool. I guess I'm going to buy from Amazon.
Crap crap and crappy came all ripped up and broke an the seller refuses to give a return !
The measurement are off it’s not 10 feet walking under the awning nor is it 11 feet under the middle area as pictured or tied for sale.
When the box arrived it was a little beat up and when we opened it and went to put it up a bar was snapped off
Terrible, broke the 1 st night. 2 rods snapped into. It rained no wind. Company won’t accept returns or replacement!
