This unit was replaced under warranty. Customer service forgot about my older I had to keep calling back. I finally reach to someone that actually did something you did a great job
Does not skip a beat. Plugged a coffee pot hair dryer and my heat gun had all 3 on and this inverter handled every bit. Highly recommend. I will definitely be purchasing another
It's a good product, but the cables should be at least 6ft. Or there should be a way to order longer cables. One end of the cables should be set up for battery terminal's. I had to drill a bigger hole for the battery terminal's.
Top notch inverter , if you do the research. Perfect size for most pickup trucks. Great service and prompt delivery. The only thing is I wish there would have been a X-mass sale on this unit.
We have ordered several times from them and, even with the pandemic, it's been easy. The make the purchase and shipping a one stop deal.
Should have purchased one years ago. Added to my pickup truck. Used for air compressor and other AC powered tools.
The outlets are too close together. My phone charger has a bigger base on it and that keeps me from being able to keep it and my refrigerator plugged in on the bottom so I can use the top 2 outlets for occasional use for things like my coffee maker and charger for my leaf blower. Otherwise, all seems fine. I will see how long this refrigerator lasts as they weren't lasting very long with the yellow investor I've been using.
No grounding port. Good solid #4 AWG wires. Compact design, fragile mounting brackets. I run the vacuum and an instapot, and it doesn't even get hot.
I like the unit. Thanks. The company though has been totally unresponsive. I tried to register for the warranty using the weblinks provided. Something was wrong with the site and it would not let me. I then used a contact form for Cobra to ask them what to do about registering, and I've received no response whatsoever.
I installed the pro 2500W per the directions and it will not run a coffee machine that calls for 1500 watts. I have contacted Cobras help line and have waited a week, but no response. I bought a Cobra hoping for a quality product and support. So far I am very disappointed, next time Ill buy the cheep harbor freight model, at least then I could just bring it back if it doesn't work.
