A must have......
This thing is powerfull, very rich sound and talkback feature is perfect. Way better than any i've found so far.

Sound quality is really good.
Sound quality is really good. And is a nice looking unit. But didn't realize you need a PA jack to use the talkback. I bought it to boost the audio on my C75WXST. And it definitely did, but No PA jack on it.

Purchased the HG S500 Dynanic speaker to go with my wife's MX5 and new C 75 WX ST CB. The speaker on the CB isn't loud enough to hear over the wind noise with the top down while running at highway speeds. The HG S500 performs in an outstanding manner and can be clearly heard over the wind and traffic noise on the highway. Great sound quality and volume, much superior to the Bearcat speaker I have in my MX5. Great products COBRA!

Great Speaker
We couldn't understand anything that was said with our old speaker so we thought we'd try the HG S500.....WOW, what an improvement.....clear as a bell.

a must have
speaker works very well,talk back worked good but when you have the noise cancelling feature on talk back gets much quieter. overall a great product and i am happy with this purchase. I can actually understand what other drivers are saying now. no instructions but you hook the red wire to the pa jack on your radio.

Good speaker, found no issues
Worked out of the box, mounted inside a Jeep with v8 swap had no issues hearing my cb over loud engine. Happy with purchase.
