We are an environmental remediation company and tested these radios when we were in the field at large Sites or when we had two crews working at the same time. The audio was loud enough to hear after over light construction sounds and the alert light made it easy to see there was an incoming message when heavy construction equipment was running and associates were using hearing protection. These radios are rugged and easy to wipe clean. They were simple to use and worked well.

Quality easy to use radio and at a good price.
So far, it's not working as should. It's not picking up like I thought it would and I asked what to program it to get a better range for my business and I got no reply. Will probably be sending these back as they are not working and I have no guidance on what to change on the frequencies because I have the programming cable.
