CoCo Multigrain Pop Cakes 2.64 Oz

These are quite a good size and have so few calories! I have been using these with various low cal toppings to help me on my diet. I spread a small amount of homey on one for a great and satisfying sweet snack, or if I want something salty, I spray popcorn butter spray on them and then Ranch flavoring. The best butter spray is Winona Pure Popcorn Butter and then Kernel Seasonings Ranch flavoring... UNDER 25 CALORIES for the whole thing with toppings! Also, I read about people getting these smashed or crunched. I order them by themselves a few packages at a time and they come with free shipping (I have Walmart ) and are packed by themselves and have always been completely intact and whole for me.

An excellent low cal substitute for bread. Through no fault of the manufacturer, my box was delivered in rough condition. Although it was shipped with very good bubble protection, the delivery service didn't take ordinary care of the box, and some of the cakes were broken into little pieces.

I tried these Coco Lite Pop Cakes. My order came with a few broken "cakes," but not a problem. I am always looking for ways to enjoy a low calorie lunch or snack that's filling and tasty. I was very pleased with these crispy, light cakes. Will be great along some brothy chicken soup, or with some lean deli meats, tuna or egg salad on top! I am going to order more right now!

Only 4 gms of carbs1 They easily replace toast with coffee for breakfast, with peanut butter and honey for lunch and as a substitute for tostados for dinner. Eat 6 in a day with the same calorie count as 1 piece of honey wheat bread. They are a wonderful substitute for bread.

I love this product, you can not buy it at any grocery stores I go to. The Pop Cakes are light and crisp with hardly any calories. Slap some peanut butter on one and its a great healthy snack. I received my order in a couple days. Very Pleased. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I am addicted to these rice cakes. Love them for breakfast with butter , jelly or my favorite cream cheese. They are a great snack by themselves. Love them for a snack right before bedtime. Are they a little messy yup but sooo good. If they come in pieces it doesn't take away from the taste. I'm hooked

These things are addicting. So much better than a dry rice cake. Put some sliced Turkey and avacado on it with done seasoning and it's delicious . They are not just rice and have wheat if you are eliminating wheat.

I received my order for 12 bags of CoCo Lite Pop Cakes today. Not only is EVERY SINGLE bag crushed, the cakes are crushed so severely that they are in small pieces and anywhere form 40 percent to over 50 percent of the cakes have been crushed into crumbs. They need to be whole for how I use them. This entire shipment is not useable. Even if I could use them in pieces the large portion that have been crushed into crumbs are not useable and need to be thrown out. I should receive a full refund on this order. I paid for the Cakes up front in full. Someone needs to contact me to resolve this problem.

It's not the item I am complaining about but the way it was packaged. My “cakes” were in the same box as my laundry detergent - which leaked - and busted both packages of pop cakes. Who packed it and didn't realize that the cakes were delicate and a huge bottle of detergent would crush them.

These are great , Walmarts shipping is why it's a one star. Please Walmart pack these correctly so I can order again and not get half of them broken . I have no use for Pop Cake dust :(
