I got this dash cam for a recent trip with a friends car. I wanted to make sure if something happened that I could prove to my friend or the insurance company that I didn't do anything wrong. I put a 256G micro SD card in it and configured the camera through the menu system and I was on my way. It took about 5 minutes to get it unboxed, configured and installed on the windshield. I like that it can turn on and off when the car is turned on and off. With just the front camera active and no sound recorded, I was able to record 1400 miles of driving and still had space before it rolled over. The suction cup did a good job of sticking to the windshield. I don't have a 4k monitor to review the footage on, but it does pretty well. It has a bit of a hard time picking up glare from the sun shining towards it and headlights at night especially in the rain. It captured good quality video that you could easily see what is going on around the car. Happy with my purchase and would recommend.

After receiving it, I analyzed the tutorial and installed it immediately. I tried it. The appearance is great and small and love it. No abnormal situation is described. Visual functions are easy to use, sound quality awesome, this recording is indeed very clear.

I gave this item as a gift I do not know how it has worked out for them yet but the price was right.

Seller advertise memory card was included and I purchased two cameras which do not have cards. When I called them, they advised no to contact Walmart. Walmart says seller advertised and all they do is approve the items being posted. No one wants to be accountable and I blame the original seller. False advertisement I would not recommend to anyone buyers beware

First, it was advertised that it came with a 32GB SD card, but it doesn't. Second, it states a 3" video screen, which it doesn't have. Walmart needs to stand behind what it advertises and make corrections!

Dash camera box shows SD card included, if not included to contact their customer service via email. I emailed customer service as there is no SD card with the dash camera. customer support employee responded to my email, then asked for my "Amazon" order number, I emailed her back stating purchased thru Walmart and provided the order number. I received a response back that the email I sent to was for Amazon purchases, not Walmart purchased and the customer support person stated that she sent my email over to her colleague that handles Walmart orders. Two weeks have now passed and I have not heard from anyone.

Would rate 0/5 if I could :( Dash cam isn’t secure. I had it for about a month before it started dislodging off my windshield, the buttons stopped working, and the screen would freeze. I would have to unplug %26 wait for the battery to drain to get it up %26 working. Save your money!! There are better alternatives.

Can’t toggle between the screens so it shows both front and back videos at once. Just so difficult to adjust and no way to communicate with the seller. Save yourself a headache and buy a better one!

The front camera seemed to work, but as soon as I plug in the rear camera the entire unit powers off. I have tried multiple settings to get it to work. When I emailed customer service, they said they needed my order number before they could help me. Once I provided it, they never responded again. A camera that won't stay on is useless.
