This is idea for traveling. When you are siting in airport you can watch a movie. When you are on a cruise an the cruise has crap for movie you use your little DVD player

The audio and video have begun to get a second out of sync: It either corrects itself after a few minutes or I open the lid (or hatch) and close it so that it resumes normally. Other than that I like the remote control and the earphone port. It is also compact enough to store it on a shelf when I am not using it.

Whether you have kids and travel often, or if you are just someone who wants to expand your physical media collection but is hesitant to commit to a full DVD player: this is a perfect, budget friendly option. The set up is incredibly simple and the player accepts a wide variety of DVDs (excluding Blu-ray and 4k), USB files, and more. The sound quality with headphones is surprisingly loud, so proceed with caution, but is crystal clear just like the picture is for both newer and older films and shows. I cannot rate properly for how it works in a car yet, but at home it runs perfectly and has a decent battery life without being plugged into an outlet. It has a decent swivel neck that turns in both directions to help with glare depending on if you are maybe on the road or resting in bed. I recommend buying some earphones and a carrying case with this product, but you receive everything you need standard wise in the package (portable DVD player, cables, chargers, a remote, and instruction manual). Overall, great value for a portable DVD player that can double as a standard DVD player. I highly recommend buying this if you are considering getting a portable DVD player.

Very Impressed especially for the price, sound quality is as expected from a low price item but volume is much better than the last one I had bought, no need to put headphones on to hear it! picture quality is good, typical lcd display so positioning just right and is fine otherwise it can appear to be faded. Seems to be a solid unit that should last a while and battery does last longer than some portable DVD players out there, have not had any issues watching an entire movie solely on battery.

I love ABSOLUTELY everything about this DVD player! The sound is the only issue that I have with it. With some DVDs you can't hear. It goes up to 20 but it's still hard to hear. I do not want to listen through earbuds so I have purchased speakers. Waiting on them to arrive. Hope they work. If they do, then that's an additional $20.00 added to the cost of this DVD. Still not bad since it's portable, but did not want to spend that much on it. Hope this helps.

The sound is very low. You can't turn the volume up when it's connected to the TV. The instructions don't instruct you on everything or each plug or what else you will need to purchase for TV connections.

you sent me the wrong one, I ordered a 10.5 inch screen portable dvd player with the car seat mount instead you sent me a smaller version with no car seat mount and it's only a 5 inch screen, Iam not returning it because I'm taking from my son now that he has seen it but Walmart should be sending me the correct one for way cheaper cause it's there mess up

Did not last more than 2 months before breaking. Didn’t want to turn on unless it was plugged in, and then when I tried inserting DVDs, the screen glitched and went static. LAMEO

We have used this twice now on roadtrips, and it stopped working %26 now freezes up every couple minutes. So very disappointed, I guess I got what I paid for. I do not recommend this item.

I bought the dvd player march of 2025...dvd player only worked for about 4 months. first the screen started glitching like the old VHS tapes did, now it doesn't work at all. after contacting the seller in August, I was told I would get a replacement or a refund. I asked for a replacement and never received it. I did receive an email stating they were out of stock and I could get a refund to order a new one when they came back into stock and I never received that either. 0 /10 for customer service. 0/10 for quality.
