CoComelon, JJ Learning Doll, Includes Lights and Sounds, Baby and Toddler Toy

I really can't say I have any dislikes for this yet because it's a Christmas present but it was bigger than expected for the amount that I paid

The box was ripped open and severely damage when I opened the mailing package I don't know whether the item is going to work or not but I really do think that whoever is in charge of packing this stuff delivering shipping all of that they need to be more careful this is getting ridiculous

My 2 year old loves this toy but it is rather fragile as the arms come off very easily and they are impossible to reattach. I have tried many different types of glue and nothing holds them on. The toy still works with the arms dangling by the internal wire, but for how long? Overall this is my son's favorite toy but this is the second one I've bought and the arm came off the first day. I'm including a picture of the first one.

The first Cocomelon JJ learning toy I received 2 of the 4 buttons did not work. I returned and replaced with another. The same exact problem with the replacement

The toy looked cute, but as soon as we took it out the box, the whole arm fell off. The plastic is broke, and there's no way we can fix it.

The music arm is not working and the alphabet leg not either.

The arm must've been broken already. I ordered this doll for Christmas and somewhere in the shipping, it was damaged. What do I do? I need help.

Got this for my 1yo son for Christmas and within 2 weeks the arm broke off. Sucks because he really liked this toy.

I did a pickup and this product was brought out destroyed. Poor quality and I can't believe they had the nerve to bring it out like that. Clearly this product was already opened.

my son got 2 of these and the arm with the boombox broke on both arms.
