Well, first of all, I've had a few people that actually found the same item somewhere else, a lot cheaper, and also I had called, and nothing was ever done. But I had to actually go through my neighborhood to go retrieve my package because it was not on my front porch, like my delivery instructions say and it seems like every time that I order stuff from you guys and it's nighttime. If my porch light is not on, they just decide to go put it on someone else's porch. And when I call to tell customer service about it, they said that they would take care of it, they never did, and this seems to be a problem. Quite often.
