I have only been taking this supplement for a week and a half and already noticing some positive changes in my digestion. Here's a caution: I put the capsules in the individual compartments of my pill box. The weather has been so humid, the capsules had partially liquified inside. I recommend keeping the capsules in the original container, with the cotton hat comes with it. Overall so far an excellent product that I plan on buying again.

Seems like a good, helpful product. The smell and taste are a bit off-putting , yet tolerable. I've only been using it a couple of weeks so difficult to assess it's overall usefulness. Price was affordable. I will probably continue to buy it.

Per the advice of my nutritionist, I started on the Pendulum GLP1 product and he recommended Akkermansia as a backup if I couldn't get the other. I noticed when I took a different brand, my cravings and constant desire to snack really subsided so I do think its an effective probiotic! I took this after for good measure tho I can't be certain if it helped as well or if the other brand did. Certainly no gut issues and a great quality brand. Single ingredient supplement, which is my personal preference

i have used this product in the pass from a different carrier i liked the item and works well for me. The order i recieved from walmart was stale and smelled rancid. The bottle i recieved was old, so i returned for a refund and i will not order again.
