So I have been using this product for a little over 2 weeks now and will have to say I think it really is doing something. I take it pretty much every day. I have seemed to of lost like 5-7 pounds in the last few weeks and I really have not changed the way I eat. I would guess the weight loss would be due to taking this. I am going to keep taking it to see how much more comes off and maybe even get a 2nd bottle or 2. It has not messed with my stomach either. So that is a plus.
