Good quality, through the side per serving can get a bit much with dosage.. it has overall good benefits with very little taste. Noticing minor changes to sugar cravings and overall leaner look.

The size is amazing for the price I paid, the quality is great sense is grass fed and you can't even taste sense is capsule. Easy to swallow and no more gut issues. The dosage I seen results is 2 capsules and benefits I seen is no more bloating, glowing skin and the ingredients is simple

pure ingredient and good quality,though the item received unsealed+was pending for a time,but it has many wonderful benefits for ammunity in general by activation&increasing the gut microbiome ,tastes nice,the size of the capsule and kind of big due to its high dosage but i'm fine with it,

I took 6 capsules daily and I had to run to the toilet a few times in the first days, after that I adjusted. when almost a month has passed there was a milk like odor to it so for this reason it gets 4 stars but not 5. overall i feel better in terms of recovery after workout
