This makes a noticeable difference for me if I take it when eating food containing gluten. Without it I feel full and bloated; with it I feel normal, provided I'm not eating a huge amount of gluten. I can buy it cheaper other places, but I'm happy about the convenience of ordering it from Walmart.

So I'm able to drink milk again, which is really cool. Cheese doesn't bother me really anymore. It has both probiotics and probiotics which we all know that's good for you. It also has in it with a lot of dieting stuff hasn't it ginger, and traumatic . It's doing the trick for me. Can't say it'll work for everybody, but it's worth a try you know.
