Great quality of the ingredient. Comfortable dosage and no other harmful ingredients added. This can benefit people in need of dao. Regular size of the capsule, taste isn't a problem.

Good product, but taste is not optimal (def stronger than previously used brand). However .. does get (a little) better with use, and, seeing as the capsules are swallowed almost immediately, not a reason not to buy. Quality as good as previous (more expensive) brand. Will def buy again!

I bought this for my MCAS/ histamine intolerance because the DAO supplement I was using wasn't working that well, and the DAO options on iherb are very expensive. This is a much better price and actually works much better to reduce my digestive symptoms when I eat higher histamine foods than the DAO I was using before! The only downside is the taste/ smell. You might think you won't be able to detect it thru the capsules but my goodness it's strong. I have to hold my nose and then eat something strongly flavoured to mask the taste. But I'll keep using it because the price and effectiveness is so good.

Quality seems to be okay. Tried this brand after another was out of stock. Effects seem to be a bit decreased benefits but am giving it another month.

I have read that kidney can help with histamine reactions . I take this whenever I eat something that I have a sensitivity to and it helps. It also seems to be a slight diuretic.

I purshase this product as a recommendation from a specialist and I am using it since one week it seems good quality but I will update my review after a month of usage to inform if I get full expected benefits or not. Note: the product has a bad taste
