I have been taking this product for a while. I would prefer a label with the amounts of iron, vitamins, etc on the bottle. Unfortunately I really don’t know if it helps but I have been taking this product (heme) for my anemia with non heme vitamins.

My hemoglobin and iron was real low before I started using this product. After taking 6 caps daily and one and a half bottles I tested again. It was a dramatic improvement in iron and hemoglobin.I would recommend this product!

Slightly larger than average capsules, but easy to swallow with water. Seems like a quality product - in the month since I've been taking these (with no incredible difference in my normal routine or diet), I feel my digestive health has been quite regular and I haven't gotten sick. Seems to be doing as advertised, and I'll update if anything notable changes.

Shipping was on time. Packaged nicely.I started to take this as a healthy iron supplement instead of the synthetic ones. Spleen has more iron than beef liver. So, right now i cannot compare it's iron sufficiency until my next blood work is done.I will update my review when i have the results.

Bought to manage anemia and b12 deficiency. First day taking it. Dosage was 3 capsules one time today and I saw results. I had energy for sure. I wouldn't take at night if you have trouble sleeping. L looking forward to seeing positive results. 10/ 10 recommended I've had other solvents from here and saw great results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child has low iron, which i have not check yet since taking the spleen, but we should recheck soon. Overall, they are pleasant, easy on her stomach, which is vital. Taste and smell natural, which is very important to me.

I have chronically low iron levels and other iron supplements give me side effects because I need so much. With these beef spleen capsules(my research results were that beef spleen is the highest food source of iron), I can increase my iron levels without side effects. My low-iron-headaches have also gone away and only come back when I stop using this product.

This is my favorite supplement for when I go to the gym! It doesn't only boost up my energy but it also helps me with my cramps. I can go to the gym every day without feeling I'm pushing my body too much. The best is that it's healthy not like the pre-workout that people tend to take.

Purchased to help with iron loss during my period. Far less fatigued while using it this month. Unsure how much of a difference it's made immune wise. I have asthma, eczema and allergies. Haven't noticed much difference in them since starting it but I'm glad I purchased for the iron just the same. Heme iron supplements are healthier and this is one of the only ones out there.
