I don't get enough vegetables and fruits in my diet. I was previously taking Balance of Nature and it would help me with my energy and wellness. This Codeage is just as effective if not better. I suggest taking these with a meal. On an empty stomach, you may not like the taste if you burp, plus most vitamin/supplements absorb better when taken with food.

Most days I eat very few of either of these types of food so I got these to take. Do they fill in & do the job ? I do not know for sure but I figured they just might & there is no down side other then the cost. Easy to take & leaves behind no problems.

I dont always have the best diet, and even if I did I wouldnt be able to eat the volume of greens I would need to beat these vitamins. They 30+ fruits & vegetables equivalent, which I will never get on my own. They were easy to take and didnt taste funny or give me heartburn so I will keep buying them

I really like both the veggie and fruit capsules. I give one of each to each of my teens every morning to make sure they get a good start to the day and have a nutrient boost. They don't complain of any taste with the capsules, they take them very easily.

So easy to take and go on with your day . That way I know if I have gaps in my eating plan this Easy, veggie blend and fast fruit daily blend in is a quality product that will take care of what I'm missing in my day as far as Eden goes and gives me peace of mind.

I love that these are capsules rather than the "trendy" greens powders we see all over. I would much rather take a capsule to get these nutrients than drink a powder mix. They are easy to take and I like that I only need two capsules to get the benefits!

I purchased these because the reviews were good and I wanted a food based supplement for my brother in-law and my husband. They are a little pricey unless they are on sale. One month supply/ three per day. I purchased another round but he hasn't noticed a difference yet!
