I immediately noticed a difference in my skin on the first dose. I took the recommended amount and the next morning the inflammation in my face was gone. Before taking this product I would get random breakouts kind of often for no particular reason. I would wake up in the morning with small white heads or a hard bump or two under the skin. Those bumps came with a lot of inflammation surrounding them that would also leave dark marks. This is what I experienced in the first 7 days of using this product. I woke up to no inflammation and tiny little white heads. Almost like those tiny bumps that new born babies get. The existing hard bumps were smaller and flatter. The next phase for me was dry patches in those break out areas with minimal flaking. Then no bumps under the skin, no white heads and no flaking. I'm on my third bottle. Since I've been taking LGF I have had one or two tiny pimples but again no inflammation. My skin looks 100% better than before taking this product. I had been to two dermatologist and neither of them really said anything about gut health. One said it was hormonal and the other just gave me a retinol cream. This product has relieved all the symptoms that I was going to the doctor for. For years my mom said I had leaky gut syndrome because of my eczema. I bought this a few weeks ago and noticed a change within a few days. I am so happy and will be a definite repeat buyer. Not only less bloating and for once in a long time I am not feeling pain or pressure. No stomach issues at all, even with some foods that normally throw me into indigestion and upset stomach. Gut 365 is expensive but works this is cheap and doesn't.

I have been taking this for a week and so far I haven't notice a difference. I have ulcerative colitis and IBD so this may not be strong enough for me… The worst part is the smell of the pills , it has a strong smell that even stays on my fingers. I have to wash them real well after taking, won't be re ordering this.

Took as directed. Made no difference. Waste of money.
