It truly smells like a dead animal in the bottle... Luckily it doesn't taste like one! I take it with kefir milk so I don't taste anything. The benefits are worth the smell in my opinion. it helps me to be less overstimulated at the end of the day as I take a stimulant and get extremely irritable in the evening usually. when taking this I don't experience that irritability. I haven't taken it long enough to speak on the long term effects yet.
