I usually hate taking vitamins but I thought why not especially with the listed benefits. When I started taking them I initially didn't notice much of a difference as normal, however after a little bit I did notice I had more energy throughout the days and was able to think clearly and even experienced some weight loss which who can complain about that. I definitely enjoy taking these vitamins and will continue to reap their benefits.

As a person going through perimenopause, I feel that it is helping me lessen the unpleasant symtons. My period is shorter but more regular and ess painful and I am sleeping better at night.
