I had no idea this Liposomal L-Glutamine was made in a capsule form. It's very easy and convenient to take and I do not have to worry about making a mess from using this product in a powder form. I workout 5-6 days a week and L- Glutamine is a staple in our home.

I know this helps with immunity and (knock on wood) I haven't been sick all month (after having bronchitis and pneumonia) and taking a Vitamin B supplement with this.
