Its Hard to tell if Turk is working per se I usually use this after reasearch cycle to help me keep my gains. I believe the price is really competitive for the amount of servings. So far im keeping my strength.

I had read a lot about turkesterone but admittedly had my doubts about its benefits. I have been taking it for around a week and have already noticed an increase in my output, performace, and my recovery time. I've heard a lot of positive things about Turkesterone and its benefits, but I was not sure which brand to get. I decided to try this one based on its ingredients and reviews. Also, I liked the fact that you can take only 1 capsule per day. I have been taking it for 10 days now and I am surprised to see that it did increase my overall energy level. I felt so much energy the day after taking it. I was impressed about that. It also helps me sleep. For this reason I take it at night because I feel very relaxed. The other good thing, no side effects. I am going to keep taking it and will definitely keep buying it. I exercise and do weight training as well and my muscles are looking lovely. These haven't directly altered my body composition in any meaningful way but they have shown themselves to be clearly efficacious in regards to strength. I track my numbers pretty closely. I typically know how much I'll be lifting for how many reps for how man sets. After a few days of taking these I was surpassing my targets to the point that the placebo effect was no longer a reasonable cause. They are clearly efficacious and i'd imagine that they show themselves to be similarly useful to anyone else looking for strength increases for whatever goal you might be pursuing.

I ordered this product for my husband as he was looking into supplements to help him to bulk up. He has been taking this in addition to his usual protein shake after the gym and feels like it is making a difference with his results. We will definitely be buying more bottles. Only been using it for about 2 weeks but very happy with the results so far. Both of us agree that the fact that it is liposomal helps with the absorption because other products of similar style haven't worked as well.

I wanted to try this supplement to help build more muscle mass and enhance performance during my workouts. The dosage is easy to follow with the provided instructions. Reasonable price point for the quality you get.

The supplement facts no longer show how much turkesterone (10% minimum) there are per mg of ajuga. For all we know they're sourcing ajuga that has little to no turkesterone to cut corners. That's a shame because this is the only turkesterone supplement that contains B-cyclodextrin for better bioavailability. I bought off of iHerb.
