I bought this liposomal multi amino +powder because I have had three surgeries in 2023 and this multi amino +powder has really helped me recover and I am always looking for healthy sources of protein and amino acids because our bodies need this for recovery and this has worked great for me. I had no energy and any exercise would have me exhausted and tired the next day after taking this multi amino + powder I am not tired as I used to be and my body feels energized . I am grateful that I found this product.

I'm really happy with this product. EAA's are so important and this is an easy way to get them in. It can be mixed with any liquid, but keep in mind that nothing is going to mask the awful taste. All EAA's taste awful, so it isn't just this product and it's worth it to me to get the benefits.

I have been taking amino acid capsules for several years and recently switched to the powder. I add to my morning smoothie. It is unflavored and tasteless. It is absorbed into my body much faster and with the Liposomal delivery system, it helps enhance absorption.

In my quest to focus on my health this year, I have been researching the benefits of taking amino acids. I decided to purchase this product since it's not only USA made but dairy and soy free and full of benefits. Since I started taking the easy to swallow capsules, I have found I have increased energy and less soreness after tough workouts. I take my capsules in the morning with a big glass of water with breakfast and find i have energy all day long. I feel so good.

This is a great supplement to add to your day, especially when working out regularly. It contains all 9 essential amino acids without a lot of additives. It dissolves well into any beverage (I add it to my smoothie). I love that it is made in the USA as well.

The taste is awful, very bitter and no juice or beverage masks it. I bought gelatin capsules, put the powder in them, that way I can take the powder. Next time I will buy the capsules.
