I waited a few weeks after I starting taking because I needed to see if it 1. made a difference, 2. If i had a bad or good reaction, 3. If it was benefiting my skin or reacting badly for my body. Everyone's needs are different and I am usually SO sensitive to any supplements especially ones of poor quality.I definitely had a mini detox my 2nd week of taking these, that's not a bad thing!! I was extremely happy about this,that means it was going in and working it's magic. It's good to notice if you feel start to feel sluggish or weak you may be having some detox going on, it definitely means its working and 'cleaning' up.Here's why I was detoxing... I was bartending at this place for 7 months about 2 to 4 nights a week. There was black mold, not a lot of air circulation and I was exposed to this black mold nightly sadly. The mixture of the greens collagen, spirulina have these amazing detox benefits. It was pushing all the toxins out of my body. I knew this and I felt this. So I would then drink apple cider vinegar with water a couple times a day and also drink sonnes clay with water an hour after taking the supplement . So in a nutshell the greens mixture pushed the toxins out, the clay binds them and the ACV then makes an 'exit' plan. I feel I needed to include this because a lot of people can detox but it doesn't mean you need to suffer and doing these extra steps will help with that!So... fast forward I am done with my quick black mold detox with the huge help of the greens collagen and continue to take them daily and or every other day and seeing the amazing benefits with my skin, nails, and overall well being.I can tell they are really good quality and would definitely recommend.

I've tried two other Code Age supplements in the past and was really impressed with the ingredients, quality and the results so when I was looking for a new collagen supplement I looked into Code Age again, and I was not disappointed. The bone broth is organic and the collagen grass fed. It seems all the greens in there are organic as well so overall the quality is there. Capsules are big but not hard to swallow and even with six at a time it's very manageable. No after taste at all. I used to get dry skin on my face and haven't had any issues now so it's definitely keeping my skin hydrated. Hard to tell the other benefits but I feel really good overall so it must be impacting other areas.

My wife and I are really excited to have found a product that has both collagen and a mix of greens. We used to take a powdered collagen and powdered greens and make a smoothie in the morning but this is a lot more convenient and seems to also be more effective. We both take 3 pills in the morning and so far so good.
