I was initially sceptical to start these. I take one a day and this helps me max out my workouts! Im faster, recover quicker, and endure tougher workouts. Thank you Codeage! It says to take 3 capsules a day; I see a difference with one.

So far so good. Only been taking for a few weeks but I definitely notice a difference. I used to take the women's multivitamin but I though I'd give these a try since I've increased my workout routine.

I did my research and found this all natural vitamin. I needed a boast in my energy and it did gave me that boost I needed. The the pill may look hard to swallow but it's not. It slides down your throat easily. I recommend this vitamin as iit says “performance elite MAX”

This is a great quality multivitamin. It has everything you need, easy to swallow, no aftertaste, and no stomach discomfort after taking it. I prefer this over my usual brand because their is a better quantity and balance of ingredients, and I've noticed a slight uptick in energy upon taking this new multivitamin. I appreciate that this vitamin also includes the health benefits of veggies and fruit as well, which sets it above most other multivitamins.
