I started using this a week ago and paired it with an extremely low carb, low sugar diet - I haven't added in exercise yet - but I did notice a difference in my energy. I do believe that it's the combination of the supplement that is working with the diet that is giving me noticeably more energy. I take it in the morning and feel surprisingly less tired and have more stamina on little sleep. The flavor isn't overpowering. It has a slightly sweet berry flavor that isn't sugary sweet, but more on the subtle side. It has a thicker consistency - not that I mind it - but I, for some reason, expected it to be thinner. Overall it's pleasant and the energy results are obvious which is great.

Are used this product for several days now on my lunch break to help give me energy. It seems to be helping me get through the day easier than in the past without this product. Taste good and easy to swallow as it is a liquid. Will continue with this.

I felt better the first day I took it. No, it didn't give me energy like coffee, it gave me my natural energy I should have regardless. Unfortunately our food, no matter how clean you eat, is so depleted and we do not get all our nutrients. Also, most of us can't process cyanocobalamin. This is the ready form that our body truly needs to absorb and to function at optimal levels. Thank you for making great products! It doesn't taste like candy but I do not expect a supplement to taste like a treat. My daughter chase it with a bit of juice. I personally think it tastes fine!

Help me in my busyness days, get more energetic. Comes with vit E which is great for skin. Liquid form make it easy to consume without water, 4 pump like in pictures. Mixed berry taste is great.

Easy to add this to my morning routine, Just a few squirts into my mouth and off I go. It has a very mild flavor and doesn't leave residue or an aftertaste. I do feel like I get a boost in the mornings. I will continue to use this product.
