This is the best probiotic I've ever used, and I've been around for awhile:) It helps regulate me, helps with bloating, and Codeage has great ingredients. I do wish it wasn't so expensive, but I continue to purchase because of the results!

Cannot live without it. I take one after breakfast and one after dinner. I have been taking the now two months now. 3 weeks ago, I went to Buenos Aires and I had really violent food poisoning. I vomited and had diarrhoea three times in a row everything came out my face was green. I was going to die. I quickly took FOUR capsule of SBO probiotic. Oh my goodness! Miracle pills! I instantly became as good as fiddle! Just like nothing had happened...... magic! Honestly so unreal!

I was really hoping this with the Akkermansia together would really work good but I can't tell any difference. I do have some serious digestive issues and I needed this to work for me.

I'm not a fan! They smell like dirt, and they're also very large capsules. So the smell and size are a turn-off. Plus, they don't really seem to effect digestive issues as more probiotics are prone to do.
