You don't realize how well it works until you run out of it. This brand also has collagen peptides powder, which helps the best with arthritis of any popular brand I've tried, but it's the only powder I could taste in my coffee. So I figured I'd try the capsules, especially since they contain other supplements for arthritis pain. My pain isn't gone, but it's more bearable I'm more mobile for sure. (I've found that also eating a lower carb/Mediterranean type diet helps a lot.)

Like anything, it takes just a little bit for them to work but after they do, which is not very long at all, you can feel the difference, that's your bones are not aching anymore. I would definitely buy them again. But if it seems like you're doing worse when you take them, they're not doing worse! That is them doing their job and getting out all the junk you don't need in your body and then after that, you'll know the difference and you won't want to go to anything else so please give them a chance. At first I didn't think they were working but boy was I wrong so just be patient and in a few days or so maybe even a week, you'll know you did the right thing by buying this product. I bought another and I'll never stop using these. They have given me my life back. I don't use my walker anymore

After using the first 10 days, I noticed a huge difference in my hip pain, as well as my overall joint pain from arthritis. Supreme joint health enables me to function in my retired life with workouts and motorcycle riding and household chores.
