I bought this on a desperate whim after reading the reviews. My teen has taken it for 1.5 months and I can see a HUGE improvement in her skin. With the exception of her monthly breakout around her cycle, her skin has been so.much.better. I am telling everyone about this supplement!

I purchased these vitamins for my son, because I have been doing some extensive research about skincare and finding that skin care is unnecessary as our skin can't be cleaned from the outside in, so we stopped all skincare in our household. I have also found certain vitamins can have a major effect on our skin from the inside, so after looking at the ingredients, I felt this was a good choice for him. We haven't really seen a huge difference yet, but he has only been using it for a few weeks. Time will tell, but he said the lingering taste is terrible. Hopefully we will start to see some improvements soon.

These seem to be helpful my daughter's skin and they do not upset her stomach (and she is sensitive). Wish there were more in a bottle.
