not as bad tasting as some would have you believe
The flavor is mint with a slight bitterness, if you tolerate stuff like coffee, dark chocolate, beer, or other bitter foods this should be no problem. More effective than a regular B2 supplement.

Taste is unbearable!
Find a form you can swallow. This form is just unbearable for me; I end up just swallowing it with my fingers pinched over my nose because keeping it in my mouth tastes so awful. I don't know if this supplement is working since I'm not able to take it consistently.
