[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have it in our home-for ten years, And we have the the microwave. The oven and the refrigerator. Excellent products the still work like new. We really recommend it.

We go this as part of a package within a new home build.  We didn't opt for a fancy home so we were concerned a little about the quality of our appliances.  This microwave is easy to use and has a very useful reheat food option.  One cool thing about it is that it has a rack you can use to put two items in at the same time.  

I have had this microwave for eleven months and am very happy with this product.  This microwave works well , and I  have used all the features. I do like the slate finish and the power saver feature.  I am glad I purchased this microwave. 

This is hands down my most favorite microwave. It has every option you could need and easy to use. The control panel is sensitive to scratching even though I have only used a damp cloth with no cleaning chemicals. Shows scratches right away

This microwaved has lots of great features a love the auto on and off night light it's very big if you are cooking a large meal however opening and closing the door it is so loud sometimes it sounds as if I am slamming the door, but other than that it's a great Microwave.

It was a great microwave, good power, lighting ventilation. The carousel motor started making noise about 4 years in. No big deal. Then the other day there was a pop and now electrical burning smell from the microwave itself. My Disappointing life span considering the work it takes to install it. I had already replaced part of the control mechanism. My first microwave lasted over 25 years so I thought itwassafe to install one. Dumb me.

This microwave just made a weird sound and then stopped working. It has no power at all. I checked circuit breakers, and they are fine. We bought the house less than 3 years ago which was built in 2016. The GE fridge went out on us six months ago and now the Microwave. Not sure what will go out on us next?? GE used to be the appliances to buy, but now they don't last 10 years. GE needs to do better with its products so they will last.

This is the third microwave of this same model we have purchased in under 5 years. They last about 2 years. The only reason we purchased it again is because it is an exact fit in the opening we have in our kitchen. We will NOT buy from GE again given the issues with their microwave. We are empty nesters, take very good care of our appliances and they are not over used.

This was an upgrade option when we built our house. It was good while it worked, but after 4 years of use (maybe 4-5 times a week) it stopped heating foods. The vent, light and timer still works so I guess that's something.

This came in my newly built home. I have been in there for 18 months now and the control board has gone out twice. With the same problem and display both times. Which means there is a flaw in design or the control board. I did not buy this to have to pay a repair bill every year. Especially when we do not even overuse the microwave. Only adult use as well.
