Has the basics. Good for the price.
Bought for a dorm room kit. Will be useful in a pinch but box itself does not have a very secure close.
It's a good emergency kit to have on hand when needed. Only drawback is the amount of thread in each color is very limited, so if you have a large fix you need to make you likely won't have enough thread in a certain color and the scissors included aren't very sturdy in fact they bend when using so it's good to know that beforehand. Good little thorough kit though has safety pins, pins, needles, the scissors, snaps, buttons, thimble, and needle threader. Good to have on hand for little emergencies.
When I don't have a sew kit? This is better than nothing. Has lots of threads. Few buttons and needles. Plus a needle threader. Basic as it gets. Scissors are not too great but, included also. Plastic case is good to keep all secure inside but, I wrapped a few strips of tape around ,just to keep more secure.
Received 2 days late. Packaging was secure. Not worth $7. More like $5 or below. Various colors of thread like 3-5 inches each. This kit is equipped literally for a quick fix. Maybe a button or a very small hole. However, it does include everything you find in a sewing kit. Not bad. Just wasn't what I expected. I would recommend but for the price I would look for a different one next time.
it's exactly what you would expect from a sewing kit under $5. plastic case is junk with a flimsy hinge and nearly non-functioning clasp. the scissors are laughably bad, i've gotten plastic knick knacks out of vending machines when i was a kid that were better made. can't really give it too low a rating, though, just because of how cheap it is. all i wanted was the cheapest, most basic sewing kit i could find to patch some holes in the pockets of a few pairs of pants and it fit that need well enough. you get what you pay for.
as advertised
Arrived with plastic cracked. Otherwise, ok for price.
Ok but thread is hard to get loose and poor quality
