Unfortunately, the set is too small and not rated for that type of weight. That being said, I have found so many other uses for them, what a great simple idea. Uses: clothesline, hanging food when camping, suspending a tarp etc..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Coghlan's Red Aluminum Cord Line with Anchor Clip Attachment Set is so handy to have around the house. It's so Versatile and has so many uses. We have a pool in our back yard and our kids use so many towels when they go swimming, so I'm using this cord line clip set to hang the towels so they can dry after swimming. So the towels can be reused all day. And this system is working perfectly so far. I struggled for months and months looking for something to use. I didn't want something permanently in the ground that couldn't be moved if needed. We are still doing a lot of remodeling s something permanent wouldn't work. This can be moved with very little effort. This is an 8 piece kit that has everything needed to hang a variety of different items. This would be a great addition to camping gear, prepping kits, hurricane supplies and emergency kits. This includes 4 aluminum Anchor Clips, 2 aluminum tensioners, 25' of 0.08” thick cord and a useful storage pouch to keep everything together when not in use. It comes with instructions on how to thread the cord to hang and how to attach the anchor clips. You can purchase more clips and accessories if needed. This has been really useful to have around our home. This is a great product and great company.

It is easy to set up and very fast. to make adjustments. The clips are super easy to use as well. Highly recommend if the woods are your thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Coghlan's Red Anodized Aluminum Suspended Cord Line Anchor Clip Attachment Set is an innovative invention. I am using these primarily in our backyard to hang lanterns from. We have a homemade wooden swing set made out of two 4x4's and a beam on top that is rarely used for that purpose anymore and this anchor clip set is just right for hanging our lanterns from that structure. This clip set will ensure my lanterns will stay put and will not come crashing down in the wind. The cord is super easy to attach to the posts with the included closed eyelets. Directions are printed right on the packaging with drawings to ensure an easy time installing the cord. Removing the lanterns is effortless when I want to use this set for another purpose. I can easily hang a few things out to dry or simply air out. The weight of my things keeps the anchor clips closed. The bright red cord is strong and will hold items up to 70 lbs according to the instructions. The clips are aluminum, so no worry about them rusting. Of course this set is the bees knees when we go camping. I just love the Coghlan's Red Anodized Aluminum Suspended Cord Line Anchor Clip Attachment Set.

I was impressed with the strength of the cord and the length. It is tiny but mighty. I also like the red color--it makes the pieces easy to find.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never seen anything like this Coghlan's Red Anodized Aluminum Suspended Cord Line Anchor Clip Attachment Set but it is super convenient to have. I love hang drying certain things during the summertime and the winter if need be and this drying line is great. The line is strong and the clip attachments are unlike i ever seen. They conveniently attach easily and they hold things very well even towels. The set comes with 4 anchor clips, the line and 2 tensioners and they are good quality and strong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked the idea of this product as we do a lot of camping and thought we'd use this for hanging different items (mainly wet clothes, food, garbage bags, etc). Actually the item worked very well for those things. I like that the hooks are made of aluminum so they're lightweight and easy to handle, yet strong and durable. I also liked that everything is a vibrant, bright red, so that people will see it and won't walk into it. The only critique I have on the negative side is I would like it if the cord was thicker. The length is good, 25', but could stand to be stronger. But all in all a very handy item and a good value.
