I've been taking collagen for about 3 months, I've become a firm believer in this product. I highly recommend it. I've noticed more elasticity in my skin, I'm losing less hair & my nails are bouncing back quicker from having the shellac manicures. My absolute favorite part of this product is that it is in pill format and not a powder. I really struggle with getting powder collagen to dissolve in water. I can just add these to my daily supplements and it's one less step I have to worry about in the mornings. I would like to add that I'm almost 50! Run don't walk ladies to add this to your daily routine!

Definitely doing their job. Would like to be able to purchase in bulk powder form instead

the jury is still out, as I've only started using it a few days ago. I love the capsule form and there's 5 types in it. Way better than powders. no wierd smell or aftertaste either.

Dont like that i have to take 4 of these per day but the quality is good

I just started using the product so it is much too soon to tell. However - and this is my fault for not reading the label carefully - the daily dose is 4 capsules!
