Shaving soap not as described
Item pictured, which I've appreciated for decades, was not the item delivered. Apparently supplier stopped making it and replaced with an easier to manufacture shave soap a year or so ago. New item doesn't have the moist lanolin and is a dry hard cake. I was sent the incorrect/new item twice without anyone checking the accuracy of the inventory against the website description and picture. Seems like it should be easy to change the SKU or update the description when an item changes that dramatically. First time I've had this issue with Lehman's.
