Mild and Delicious
I make my own salad dressings and wanted to change up some of the flavors. I decided to try this one and discovered it was a mild full bodied balsamic vinegar. If you find the red balsamic vinegar on the strong side, please try this one. You will not be disappointed. It is very flavorful and delicious.

An excellent Balsamic option.
I normally buy a different brand of Balsamic vinegar. When I saw that this brand was a significantly better buy, I decided to try it and was very glad that I did. It is just as tasty and versatile as my previous brand, but it is less expensive. I am now a fan of Colavita!

This is perfect for everything. I use it to make pickled ginger, add to Asian dishes and to make salad dressing. It has a lighter, somewhat sweet flavor

This is the exact vinegar I was looking for — it has the added grape must, which makes it slightly sweeter %26 less acidic. This is wonderful on salads %26 everything else.

I really liked how it affected the flavor and appearance of my recipes. It was excellent. It was mild and sweet, and the non-GMO and free from gluten, dairy, nuts, and artificial additives qualities are very important to me.

great product
quality product, great tadte. i like to mix with olive oil, brush on skin on chicken, season and bake. i swapp out the apple cider vinegar for creamy cucumbers or slaw.

Delicious used with salads.
This vinegar is great for using as a fruity dressing for salads. It is light, tasty and works well for when you want that balsamic taste but not the color. It also perks up pasta dishes.

This is not the items fault. Im on a strict diet. I need dressings that go with this diet. Im not a big fan of vinegarettes but I need to use them. Because Im not a big fan of these types is the reason for a 3 star. im sorry
