My 94 mom, says it does not work on her. She is quite an honorary person. It has to work like a pain pill, Right Away. I am 70 and a retired nurse, I will use them. Thanks for creating a very much needed product.

Each glove has two ice pack to smooth both sides of hands. Cover is soft and keeps it from getting too intense on hands. I have RA and I love these to sloth my hands. Highly recommend!

i have arthritis and tendinitis in right hand. gloves fit on either hand so i keep 1 in freezer and 1 in microwave. heat in mornings when they're stiff and ice during day when swollen. these gloves are great!

Wonderful ice packs, I use them everywhere on my body and they are not just for your hands. Nice and soft!

Help with nerves problems, help with inflammation.

They are a nice size and with gel there is no concern for smell/grain leakage. I microwave one at a time, flipping over and kneading the gel to better distribute the heat. The ends get hotter than the center. I had to go beyond the recommended 40 sec. total to get them warm enough(45-50 sec.)but microwaves vary. They stayed warm about 15 minutes which is about right for my osteoarthritis.

How do I return these? I microwaved them 10 sec as recommended - no change. I mircowaved them for 30 sec - the exterior got very warm, but inside, it was still room temp (68 degrees here today). Another 30 sec and the exterior was extremely hot, but the interior was patchy cool/warm.

I really tried several different times to get the whole glove heated--not just the tip and the wrist edge--the center remained unheated. I will return to my heating pad when needed.
