Helps with healing
This is great if you've recently had knee surgery. I had borrowed a different branded one from a neighbor and I loved it, so I bought my own. This was half of the price of the other. Great value. Only downfall as I see it , is the fact that it has a 20 minute timer and then it shuts off. It would be better to continue on a loop. 20 minutes on, 20 off and then repeat. But it does not.

This machine works very well. I like being able to adjust how cold it gets. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Icing well. Controls not so.
The control is too close to the plug point and the device won't reach the shoulder unless youre pegged to the plugpoint. There is no timer
